Heckfield Place

Beaumont Street, Oxford

This project consisted of renovating sliding sash windows over 15 buildings on Beaumont St, Oxford. Owned by St John’s College, we worked closely with the contractor, and the tenants of each building, to ensure the works could be completed within the tight schedule given, and with minimal disruption. If any new sashes or windows were required, we were able to manufacture these in our workshop, therefore improving lead times and confident of the quality of the product.

Heythrop Park

Although this is Henley Joinery’s first time working at Heythrop Park, our installers have worked here before and have experience of working with the large sash windows you see at the front of the lovely building.

On this occasion, we were asked to supply & fit new doors, refurbish circular windows, whilst undertaking repairs to shutters at the hotel. Our team expertly carried out these works, and the contract was completed to everyone’s satisfaction.

Heckfield Place

This contract included renovating, draught proofing and installing new sashes into existing frames. The sashes were a mixture of Oak & Sapele and, as with Beaumont St, we worked alongside the hotel to ensure access suited both the hotel staff & guests.

We carried out full refurbishment on one of the college’s listed buildings, carrying out much needed repairs and improving the strength and integrity of the original sash windows whilst upgrading them to the highest levels of draught proofing.

33 Northcroft Road, Barr Build

This building was a large residential property that was undergoing full refurbishment, and the main contractors, with whom we have worked many times, called us in for the window solution. It is now a stunning residence with all the modern living essentials whilst still retaining the original sash windows, upgraded to comply with modern demands.
