Bespoke new joinery
Our skilled Bench Joiners craft bespoke windows, doors & window components in the traditional manner whilst uding the latest machinery to create a window that will compliment and preserve the charm of your property. We utilise a full range of timbers including Sapele (tropical hardwood), and Accoya.
We also offer modern spiral balanced windows and specialist joinery for when a ‘like for like’ replacement is the only option in listed and conservation areas.
TYPES OF WINDOWS & DOORS
Bespoke types
Single or double-glazed sashes
We offer to manufacture new sashes that closely replicate the original in every detail. They are sprayed with a white primer ready for final decoration.
If double glazing is the solution, whereby we replace the originals with bespoke manufactured new sashes, specifically designed for the task. This helps retain the original box frame and sill, reduces the disruption to the property.
Complete new window
If the window is beyond economical repair, then we can replace the timber windows like for like with new. We are proud to manufacture our joinery in our local workshop and see the project through from beginning to end. We can replace with single glazing or double-glazing, dependant on your requirements and whether your property is listed.
The windows are sprayed with a white primer ready for final decoration or we can spray to a final white finish.
New doors
Whether you have seen a door you would like to copy, need help replicating an existing door or unsure what style would suit your house.
We can guide customers through the options available and recommend the most suitable locks and ironmongery to suit the product.
We have a range of ironmongery samples and paint options available to choose from and can show them to you upon request.
